Retrieve A Vehicle

First, we recommend you search for “Private Parking –Towing Enforced” signs when entering any property you are visiting. If signs are posted, the property you are visiting probably has some form of parking policy. If you are not sure of the parking policy, be sure to call who you are visiting to understand the parking policy for that property.

• Additionally, pay attention to marked spaces. Look for “Numbers” or “Reserved” markings. Do not park in these spaces. Be aware, even if a spot is designated for “Visitor Parking” the property may still require a valid visitors pass to park in those spaces. Again, be aware of the parking rules for where you are visiting. Businesses often post the term “Patrons Only While On Premises”. Never park your vehicle on a businesses parking lot and leave the premises with your vehicle unattended.
• Finally, always be mindful of where and how you park your vehicle. In addition, you should avoid double parking (parked in two spaces or blocking a space in), Fire Lanes, No Parking Zones, Blocking Dumpsters, or Handicap Spaces without the appropriate permit. Furthermore, If the sign posted where you are parking says “Authorized Parking Only”, only the Property Manager, or property owner can authorize you to park on the premises.
